Net Stop command before backups w/ Groupshield??

gang,

we just installed Exchange 2k and groupshield and Netshield but are using Veritas Backup Exec and need to know
what is the syntax/how do you create the/a batch
file to stop the mcAfee services
that need to stop before backups run.

i guess your suppose to stop netshield srvcs or groupshield or both before the backup kicks off ??????

Thanks for any help.
