Hello,
I'm using VB.NET 2003 Standard edition. All my work has been with SQL Server in the past.
I now have to switch and use Oracle.
When I try to make a connection to Oracle, I'm told that I can only use SQL or Access with the Standard Version.
Is there any way around this?
I'm trying to find a cost to upgrading to VB.NET 2003 Professional, but I can only see Visual Studio 2003 Professional, which is a big leap in cost, and though I can see it is there, I can't actually find anywhere to buy anything other than 2005.
Any advice?
Cheers,
Amber

Yep it is only the wizards that won't work for the rest there is no problem. So stop using the wizards.
