Net Sol email down?

My client has not received email all day, although some people have sent mail and they were returned.

I have opened her account on the net sol website and it states 0 emails. I have sent test emails and the website does not receive them nor has it been returned to me.

Has anyone heard that the Net Sol servers are down? What else could this be.
