.net - should we invest in learning it???

Hi All,

I appologise that this question is outside the title of this forum.

What do you all think of VB.NET?

Is it worth developing commercial applications using it?

Now for a more specific question, what is the best URL to download the VisualStudio.NET (or VB.NET) and also ASP.NET.

Please just don't say the "Microsoft Download Centre", as I have found the ASP.NET at that site but I cannot find the VisualStudio or VB.NET - MS want to send me a CD, but I would prefer to download, as I have access to a T1 link.

BTW, is there a VB.NET forum anywhere
