Net Send

I am using net send to send messages across the LAN. I was curious is if there is a way to have it say from the user name and not the computer name. Right now when i sent to a user it says from Computer-14 to User. If i wanted it to per say say from "Bill" to User how could i go about doing that?

It should work with Username if the user is logging into a Domain.

I am logged into the domain.. and if i type:

Net Send Steve Server is going down

Then the pop up replies:

Message from Computer-14 to Steve
Server is going down

I would rather it say:
Message From Bill to Steve
Server is going down.

I guess if i renamed my pc it would work but i have sent message from several machines i am logged into.

I don't know your exact purpose, but how about NET SEND Steve %username%: Server is going down

Is it possible to send a message to 2 users at once??
i.e. Send a message to user_a & user_b
