one by one in every computer?? or just in the server??
any script that i can use to disable messenger service??

If you are utilizing/running Group Policy, you can define it in the Computer Configuration--Windows Settings--System Services--then find messenger and define it to disable upon startup. You can also set this up on the Domain Controller under Domain Security Policy--same path as above. This will cut off Messenger service for everyone.
