Net Send from HTML page?

Is it possible to send short messages to network computers using NET SEND from an HTML page?

trying to imitate what we do with
START > RUN > NET SEND * MESSAGE...

Not with HTML... you might be able to do it in IE only using VBScript or JavaScript to run a shell command, but that's about your lot, I'd say. You should ask in one of those forums for more information.
