net send command in DOS

Does windows ME have net send function in the dos prompt? Mine doesn't. How can i get it?

kippy - why not just say - use winpopup?

There are various freeware apps for messaging too - try Google.

btw - winpopup need to be running on receiving 9x/ME machines if they are to get the message.
