.NET Security Zone Settings

after looking further into this, it does not appear to store the settings in the registry. Does anyone know where, I think they may be stored in a file somewhere, but I cannot locate it.
What I am trying to do is develop a script that will automatically go out and set the settings like we want. maybe we can set it and then copy the file.
