Does .NET replace the Visual Embedded Tools, if so where do i find information about this?

If anyone knows anything about this it would be very handy.

Last I heard, the Compact .NET Framework was in beta.

And I would say that it will indeed replace the Visual EMbedded tools, but not just yet.
