Net map

I have a new issue.
I have a net logon script for the users to map the user's home directory. This home directory is located in a disk of the Citrix server. When I establish a direct connection with a user the map is done fine, but when I run a published application, the map doesn't work. For this reason it is not a permissions issue.
I have copied the net maps from the net logon script to usrlogon.cmd script, but I continue without working fine.
Any idea please? I have to finish my deployment phase.

Verify that you have copied the login scripts to the PDC and all BDC's. I have seen this problem when a BDC does not have a copy of the current login script.
