Net Logon Hung on starting?

When my Windows 2000 Domain Controller #2 starts up I get "At least one service or driver failed during system startup. Use event Viewer to examine the event log for details."
I then check the event log and Error I have is "The Net Logon service hung on starting."

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Try applying SP2 service pack

SP2 was already on the server, I ran nslookup and found out that it was a dns problem.
