.net framework + IE5.5

Hi.

I'm developing a c# app. To make a install to customers, I need to know if they have IE 5.5 on their computer, becourse of the .netFramework. I'm devloping i .net 2003. It's there any way to put a check in the devolop and setup project to make a install if they have å older version than IE5.5.
