.Net Control Suite Recommendations

Haven't seen this question in a while. Does anybody have a recommendation for a suite of controls? Mostly interested in Windows Forms controls. I'm thinking maybe they would spruce up my apps a little and maybe extend some of the basic controls. I've been to the Dev Express, Component One, and and a few other web sites, but it is hard tell which one is better. Price is always a concern and I see prices from free to several thousand dollars. You usually get what you pay for, but don't want to make mistake. Would looking for individual controls be a better approach?

Thanks, I was actually looking at Viblend the other day, it looks interesting. Skin-Soft looks like a quick way to enhance the looks of all of the forms in a project.
