.Net Accounting Modules Availability

Does anybody have a link or recommendations for .Net or VB.Net accounting modules AR, AP, and GL? SQL based would be preferred. I have an application that writes AP & AR records directly into a Sage installation. We are updating the server and Sage wants a lot of money to upgrade to Sage 300. It seems like a nice package, but we really only need the basic functions like: calc & print checks, apply cash receipts, track open invoices, and produce a few GL reports. Probably don't need source code, but some guidance or SDK on how to insert AP & AR records would be nice.
