I use nested styles in some of my paragraph styles. Some change tekst to bold, some to italic. Everything is O.K. within ID (on screen, on print, in exported PDF). But when I export such text to .rtf, or just copy/paste to Word (dont ask why, my idiot partners can use only Word), it comes out flat - non formated! Only those characters that are manualy tagged with same character styles come out O.K.

How to convert such tekst to Word, but with all formatting done by nested styles?

You can get a script called "Preserve Local Formatting"

Select all your text, run the script, it creates and applies style to text that is bold, italic etc. I suppose it would effect the nested style, so probably best to run the script, export, then undo the changes or revert to your saved file. You probably wouldn't want to keep the changes that it made if you have it all nested.

I can't find a link for it now. But I will put a link up tomorrow, I'll make mine available to download, if you don't find a link to it before then. I'm in Ireland, so I won't be in work for another 10 hours.

Mmm.. I guess I'm supply a link so.
