Hello,

I am requesting your assistance to create a nested drop-down list.

For example: I have 3 columns (predefined data), if I select the column 1, the column 2 should be updated according to the value selected from Column 1 and if I select the value it should also display the values according to column 2 value.

How can i do this?

Thanks in advance for the assistance.

hi,

Do this sort of thing almost every day. Use MS Query, via Data > Get externao Data > From other sources > From Microsoft Query > Excel files* .... and drill down to your workbook, the sheet where your LIST resides. You can use a selected value as a criteria in a Parameter query to generate susequent dependent lists.
