NES Custom Adapter aka Unify

Running a Nortel CS1000 using Verint (Nortel branded version) and need an NES Custom Adapter aka Unify in order to utilize the API to write information from the Verint database to our CRM.
Does anyone have this adapter software. Nortel/Avaya tells me I should have gotten it years ago when I bought the product but we did not get it.
