Neotel Sip Trunks - Fax Problems

Having problems on faxes on Siemens 3550 V9 - HG1500 V9 - Both running the latest software - Neotel Sip Trunks - Voice calls ok but failing intermittant on faxes incoming and outgoing. Any suggestions. Thank You.

Fax does not work generally very well on SIP anything.
They should have the T38 Fax Codec setup but even then no guarantee
