Neomagic driver for 98SE?

Hey,
I'm after a Win98SE compatible driver for a Neomagic MagicDraw 128XD, system is HP Omnibook 3000. I just ditched W95 but need an updated driver and Neomagic are no help. Found several at driverguide.com but can't seem to download from that site, when I do it asks you to enter a code (supposedly to stop auto downloads), Fresh Download manager detects html file, opens, enter code, submit, Fresh Download manager detects html file, opens, submit and so on and so forth, seems to loop forever??

Confused and would appreciate any help,
