nem219.dll

I scanned a win2k professional with trendmicro online scan engine and it detected a worm but could neither clean or delete.The affected file as per the result is nem219.dll and the path is c:\winnt\nem219.dll
Ilooked it up from search and it indicated it as an application extension.
Anybody has an idea of how to get rid of this affected file
