Negative Inventory Error in Purchase Orders 5.2A

Hello everyone,

I am putting through a Purchase order in Purchase Orders 5.2A but at posting time it gives me the following error:

Invalid Input. Negative inventory levels are not allowed for this item.

I am confused as to why this error is surfacing as this is only a purchase order and will not affect the items in inventory.

Any help would be appreciated.

Errr, because it's an I/C item. Check your I/C setup.

I checked the I/C Location Details and found that one item had a quantity of -1. How do I change this?
