Hello! I've spent the last few days trying to figure this out without much luck.

I have a report that needs to look like the Spreadsheet that was originally used. I have Case Managers and Client Names.

CaseManager1 CaseManager2 CaseManager3
ClientA ClientD ClientB
ClientF ClientQ ClientR
ClientH

Ecetra, ecetra................

They are linked together One Case Manager to Many Clients. I can get it to look like the following:

CaseManager1
ClientA
ClientF
ClientH

CaseManager2
ClientD
etc, etc

But I need Case Manager to go across while their corresponding Client records run down underneath it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.

will,
Try the column settings in page setup.
You will have to restrict the entire width of the report by crowding everything to the left. Set your margins to .5 rt and lft to give maximum print width, unless you use landscape.
Your "grey area" of the report must be less than 4in for two columns and less than 2.1in for 4 columns (for an 81/2 X11.) In the "column layout" boxes specify "across, then down"

In the page setup properties you can create a multiple column report that could be what you are looking for by the sounds of it. If not let me know there are other options. This is an easy solution.
