Needs to access DOS from SCO 6

I have the need to be able to run DOS on a SCO 6 system. The purpose is to run one, and only one, communication program (pcplus) out of the DOS prompt.
In 5.0.7 I used to accomplish this by installing Merge, however SCO has rewriten the Merge package for 6 and the new version does not seems to allow me to run DOS.
Can any one tell if ther is somethinge available to perform my task?

I do not need a full Windows section running in top of UNIX I only need DOS.
