Needed - Flash manual...

Hi all,

I am almost a complete newbie in Flash (with 4 years of computer science and a diploma "Bachelor of science in computer science", I managed to create a very simple animation w/sound), and want to learn a bit of it, so i can make some stuff... So, not to bother all of you with questions that can be answered by RTFM, i just want to get tha manual to read it... so, any sugestions, webpages, PDFs that can be downloaded, e-books,...all r welcome.
