Need your thoughts: Network Discovery Scheduling

Hi,

I have a primary and secondary site in different domains. I am trying to discover resources. My primary site seems to be working right. Buy my secondary site (in another domain) is not discovering anything. When I look at the NETWORK_DISCOVERY component it states that this service can never start because it is ont scheduled. But under that site code I do have it scheduled. Any thoughts? I am not sure where to look from here.
