I need a command to get the client name (workstation name). I know I can get it from the CMC, but is there a way to get this from the CLI? Thanks.

TheKidd,
If you have the full blown Program Neighborhood you can launch the client and look in there.

I think its under "tools-ica settings" and under the "General" tab.
You should have a entry for the client name.

There is an actual file that can be placed under the c:\winnt or c:\windows directory.

If you are using an older client (I believe its like 6x) there will be an .ini file on the root system drive. The name of the file is wfcname.ini

You can also look in the registry under:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\ICA Client]
"ClientName"="My-Client-Name"

Hope that helps.

I'm actauuly looking from the server side. I can see the names of all of the workstations connected by using the CMC, but I'm looking for a way to export this information to text or to excel. I just assume that since I can see the required information from GUI, I'd be also able to run a command and get the same info. Any ideas? Thanks.
