I have a form document that I place the "USERNAME" from the menu item "tool/options/user information" into the page footer. The problem is that when the form is emailed to another user, the "USERNAME" from the sender is replaced by the "USERNAME" of the receiver. How can I use a macro at the open of the form to populte a footer bookmark with the user name only if the bookmark in the footer is empty?
