I'm writing some instructions and would like the image when your press alt-control-delete in widows 2k. Does anyone know where I can copy it?

Doesn't the PrintScreen (or Alt+PrintScreen) key work? (ie, copy to clipboard - paste into image app to save image as file/print etc).

Nope, it doesn't get copied to the clipboard when windows is locked.

Just curious where the image is in windows...thanks

Go to google images and search for ctrl+alt+del there are all sort listed there.

You will find the images in C:\WinNT\System32\ directory.
