Need web front ends

Hello all, we have a number of applications based on MSAccess and I've been asked to make them available from the web. They're fairly simple, most just collect and store information without much manipulation.
I haven't done much of this and wonder if anyone can recommend any tools and tips. .asp? .jsp? cgi?
And of course I want it to be fast and easy. Thanks Tony
