I hope I can get a little knowledge sharing from this excellent forum.
In my Project Manager role, I am attempting to
1). Find a free/open source or very low cost solution to keep our client's sporadic communications to us(phone calls, emails) structured and prioritized
2). To help keep the 7-10 disjointed client project personnel who may not be "on the same page" regarding all facets of the project filter their requests to just one or two "point people" on the client end.
These two solutions may be part software, part knowledge transfer--I am having difficulty trying to formulate a good solution.
Please let me know if you have any ideas.
