Need video drivers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't seem to find driver files for an STB SYSTEMS PCI TV
card . It has the Bt848kpf chip.VIDPCI018AAUS and 210-0229-003 seem to be the only id #'s. If anyone knows what happened to STB or where else to get the drivers please respond here or at tvdude714@aol.com.
