Need VC++ 4.1

I have to reinstall VC++ 4.1. I have my disk and the jewel case, but for some reason the CD Key number isn't there, so I can't use it. Does anyone know where I can get a functioning 4.1 with CD key? (I've looked on eBay with no luck.)
