Need Utility!!!!

Have an IIS NT 4.0 server in which the FTP root folder was tagged with undeletable/unremovable .rar files.

I have used the utility on the resource CD, to no avail, but heard an old file manager program named XTree Gold 4.0 can remove the "unseeable" files.

Anyone know where I can find/download a copy of Xtree Gold?
