Need urgent help.

hi,

I have been trying to install oracle 6i developer forms and reports package on my pc.

I already had oracle 8i Enterprise edition on my PC in c:\Oracle.

While installing 6i developer it asked for Oracle home settings for that installation session.I entered that as c:\Oracle\dev....and after installing thi...SQL plus topped opening..it says SP1<lang>.msb file not found. I cannot connect o the database even thru the reports builder as in giving the username pasword and the host string.
What should I do no?
Plz help me.
