Need two phones to ring when extension dialed

We've got an employee that will be at one of two desks at any given time. We need it so either when their DID is dialed, their extension number is dialed or a call is tranferred to their extension, both phones ring at the same time. They also need to be able to pick up the call from either phone by just lifting the handset without having to press any buttons. I've read a little about using a cover button... but wouldn't they have to hit the button to grab the call. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

If you put a primary coverage button on the secondary extension it should automatically program itself as an immediate ring button (meaning it will ring anytime the first phone rings and it can be answered by simply picking up the handset- no need to push a button)
