need tutorial on sysprep for xp pro

Can anyone she me how to use sysprep for xp pro. I need to image machines with this and use ghost corporate 7.5.

I assume this is the tool to use:

I just want to point out that you might want to make a "slipstream" with the XP service pack 1 on it before you start.
