Need TTS to speak a file

Hi,
Is it possible that TTS speaks a file ?
I am using the IVR database license.

I'm only able to speak information that has been extracted from a database.
But I would like to speak a file, where I extract the path from the database.

No, it is not possible to speak the contents of a text file within VM Pro.

So I think I'v no choice : I will store all the text in the database ...

Would it be possible to open a file and play the content using VBscript?
Haven't played with the part myself so.

There are no such VB Functions with I/O file, except to play a wave file ...
