need to use VBA/forms to lookup a certain word, and delete the row

hi,

im doing some excel stuff for my A-Level at school, and im trying to use a form im creating to delete users from a table i have defined. i want the form to be able to lookup any surname i choose from a combo box, and delete whichever row it finds that name in.

please can you assist me as to how to do this.
