need to use dialentry name as file name to Receive from remote host

I am trying to use the dialentry name as the file name of a file I am receiving from remote host using Xmodem-1k . It would let me use one script for multiple hosts. I would also like to use the dialentry name for a capture file as well. Thank you in advance for any help you might have.

You can get the current or last-dialed entry by querying the $DIALSELECT sytem variable. Once you have that variable in a string, you can then use that as the filename argument in the getfile command to save a downloaded file using the name of the Connection Directory entry. You would use the set capture file command to set the capture file name to that of the entry as well.
