Need to upload over a 1000 subscribers into a Distribution List

Is there anyway to do this by using a CSV file?

We need to create a distribution list with over a 1000 end-users and we need to do it quickly.

Update: I have Message Networking, and am trying to use the ELA, but when I execute the .add file, the .add.log file returns:

Invalid extension : 2342
Invalid extension : 2355
Invalid extension : 2340
No subscribers were added to list : 5551212

You have to add the subscribers by Network Address - which I believe is the same as our Numberic Address for each subscriber, but no go.

Any insight?

Problem solved the other day, but I'd thought I post how:

Basically my FTP client was uploading the file in binary mode by default - once changed to ASCII it all worked fine.
