Need To Upgrade a BayStack 301 Switch

I have a BayStack 301 Ethernet Switch. I downloaded Speedview 5.1 to configure it but it tells me that I need to upgrade the config on the switch. I don't know how to do this or where to get an updated config file for it. Does anyone know how to do this?
