Need to track content changes on an excel spreadsheet

Does anyone know how to look at a spreadsheet and determine what has been changed over a period of time... Need to know what data has changed.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Have a look at "Track Changes" in help. That creates a history worksheet. However, track changes needs to switched on before folk make the changes.
