First, I am new to Sage MAS 90 and Crystal Reports X, we are migrating from BusinessWorks.

In some modules, the default form is the marbled graphical one, and in others it is not. I assume during initial setup of some of the modules, the marbled/graphical form was not chosen as the default. How do I get the marbled/graphical form to be the default in those modules?

This raises another question: What do I do if I wanted to create a completely custom form and use it as the default for printing? For example, if I go to "Sales Order Printing" now, the only choice I have under "Form Code" is STANDARD and Description is "Marbled." Is there a straight-forward way to select the exact form you want to print from each module?

SOP for MAS is that the first time you try to print a graphical (Crystal) form you are prompted to select a form template. Your choices are:

1. Preprinted Laser
2. Plain
3. Marbled
4. Dot Matrix (on some not all)

Once you select the form it becomes the default for the standard form. You can create a new form code and mark it as default and select another template to go along with it. Have your reseller show you how to create a new form code.
