need to setup forwarding on phantom line

Hi,

I need to disable call forwarding to voicemail (x1188) and need to call forward to an outside line. Can someone have a look at this profile and tell me what needs to be changed and the commands to change.

To start you need to change the FTR DCFW to 10 or 12, then input the offsite number at FTR DCFW 12 012345678

It's also worth changing the CLS = SFA, as I found that SFD only passed one call at a time until it became free.

im trying to forward to a france number.. it's not working. If i forward to a north american, it works fine.

Any ideas?

If you are using a phantom DN, then start by changing your CLS = UNR to remove any NCOS restrictions etc. Also change your TGAR to e.g. "0" in case that is stopping you. Also you must have CLS = CFXA

If the number dialed isn't likly to be changed, then I'd forget phantoms and use a new ACD queue in LD 23 with the NCFW prompt set to dial the international number.

I actually cant fit the french number in. It returns FTR next line before I finish.

That"s because the number is 14 digits, change the 12 to 16
