I need to set up a limited pickup group. This is the situation:

The service department has three phones. There are three additional phones in the administrative office right next door. The three people in the administrative office want the ability to pickup any of the three service phones if the service techs are not available. However, they do not want the techs picking up an Admin phone. Also, the Admins do not want to pick up each other's phones, just the service phones.

If I create a RNPG and only give the 3 admin phones a Call Pickup button, that prevents the service group from picking up an admin phone. However, the admins can still pick up each other's extensions. Is there a way to put them in the RNPG but restrict their extensions from being picked up?

I also considered adding the 3 extensions as NCRs to the admin phones (2616), but one user has a 3903.

2 seperate pick up groups

assign another pick up group to an unused key in you admin office sets. So that 1 pick up key is for one group and the 2nd is for another group.
