Need to set up IP Polycom 2033

Hello!

We just purchased an IP Polycom 2033 with 2 ext mics. How do I set it up? I have never programmed a conference phone before, only i2004's, 2616's, and 2008's. Please help.

When all else fails, RTFM. IP Phones NTP with latest version be 24.00 has instructions for programming/installing the 2033. If you are running Succession 3.0 or CS 1000 4.0, then you need to install patch MPLR19682 prior to configuring the 2033. That patch allows you to set CLS=HFA when configuring the TN.
