Need to run SQL Script in old Pervasive

I apologize to be asking about something that is so out of date, but we have a client that is still running Great Plains 6.0 on Pervasive.

Their YTD Sales number does not match the sum of the Period totals.

Unless somebody has a better idea, we need to write a script that will update the YTD Sales number. (We've tried Reconcile to no avail. Apparently, that just updates the Period Totals.)

Obviously, it's been a while. Can somebody refresh me as to how to write a script for Pervasive? We don't even see the Pervasive "Utilities" that, as I recall, would at least get us closer to being able to submit a script.

Anybody go back that far?

What about adding a linked server in sql server using ODBC to the pervasive db? You might then be able to run an update statement against it in sql.
