Need to restart sendmail because of errors...

Hi.

Ive been having trouble with sendmail. I need to do service sendmail restart several times daily because of an error i get in outlook. Also, some of my customers say that the send me mail but i cant receive it. Can somebody help me?

Im using fedora core 4 and sendmail-8.12.11-4.6
