Need to replicate mail files between servers

We have one main mail server, then a blackberry server and a new remote office server. All 8.5.1.

I moved the mail file from the main mail server to the new remote office server. All working great.

One user has a blackberry this syncs his address book within his mail file (inotes) with the main mail server rather than the new remote office server so his lotus notes is different to his blackberry. This I need to fix.

I tried the following from the main mail server "push newremoteserver/domain mail/usersamailfile.nsf" this said 2 docs updated and didn't fully replicate.

Any ideas what is the best way to get the 2 mail files to replicate including the inotes address book?

I seem to recall that personal contacts need to be replicated separately to the main mailfile.nsf.

Have you tried opening the personal contacts, creating a replica (+ schedule) on the new server?
